Meet the founders

Peggy Wu, Co-Founder and President, brings over 25 years of product and channel marketing experience in the financial services industry. Peggy honed her business development and marketing skills through various roles at a diverse range of companies including LPL Financial, Fidelity, Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan Chase. 

With her extensive experience in handling corporate merchandise both as a buyer and recipient, Peggy knows first hand what works and what doesn’t. This insider perspective helps BrilliantZwag deliver solutions that are practical, thoughtful, and aligned with clients’ goals.

Peggy holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

 Berylle Reynolds, Co-Founder and COO, began her career as an electrical engineer at Tellabs before transitioning into marketing and sales, where she developed strong expertise in client engagement and product promotion. Subsequently, she held roles at Cingular (now AT&T) and Sprint (now T-Mobile), gaining extensive experience in account management and solution-based sales.

Berylle then founded her own telecom-related technology venture and later focused on schools and nonprofit organizations through Bright SchoolKitz. She grew Bright SchoolKitz 10x in 4 years before the company was aquired in 2023. After her exit, Beryll founded Simply Brilliantz to help schools, teams and non-profits raise money more quickly and efficiently through custom merchandise. She later co-founded BrilliantZwag, applying the same hassle-free approach to serve corporations and service-based businesses. 

Berylle holds a BA from University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from UCLA.
